With eight years in business, Jerico has amassed numerous clients, both large and
small. Here we highlight a few of the more exciting projects for us.
Monster.com
In a six-month engagement at Monster Professional Services (MPS), Jerico developed
and integrated core features and client customizations into www.monster.com. Business
and usability problems were alleviated by implementing improvements and enhancements
to various internal Admin sites. One example of this was a manual process by which
Monster Webservices and Implementation would enter data on job locations for their
clients' requisitions. We created a simple Excel-based Web interface through which
they will be able to realize a savings of 30-40 manhours a month.
MIT Technology Review
For over a year, Jerico was responsible for operations and technology of this high
profile, 1.5M view/month Web site. Overseeing the creation of their online store,
we added the ability to purchase thousands of products, from books to reports to
patent information. We also created XML/XSL-based synchronization system with an
off-site AS/400, and conducted data analysis and cleansing for use by their CRM
system. Jerico slashed the online department's expenses 10% by negotiating lower
rates with vendors, and implemented numerous usability and upselling techniques
that lead to 90% rise in paid magazine subscriptions. When Jerico signed on with
Technology Review, they were receiving over 750 "problem" emails a month - within
two months, we were able to bring this to 150 a month.
Effective Solutions Research
ESR, the leader in Sales Training Provider evaluations and analytics, became alarmed
when their Web site statistics told them a scary story - over 95% of visitors were
leaving the site after viewing only a single page. They knew they needed to make
some major changes, and they chose Jerico to help them move in the right direction.
Over the course of two months, we redesigned, refocused, and rearchitected every
aspect of the Web site into a more refined, focused, and attractive showcase of
ESR's services. We also developed a banner ad campaign, and launched a SEM PPC campaign
on Google and Yahoo consisting of over 500 keywords. The new site has proven wildly
successful; retention rates have climbed and traffic is growing.
WordWave, Inc.
Working with our partner, InteractiveBlue, Jerico proposed, scoped, and developed
www.depopoints.com, an online “rewards” site that allows client’s customers to receive
prizes that accrue based on qualifying invoices.
Thomson Financial
After adding over thirty companies to its corporate umbrella, Thomson was having
a bit of an identity crisis. With Jerico's help, an Action Plan was developed to
improve employee morale and team spirit. Part of this involved architecting and
developing two new online corporate magazines, "TJI" and "@TF", which we designed
and developed, along with CMS systems for Thomson's intranets.
